About Chris Bohr
Howdy!
It’s me, they call me the Chris “The Wild” Bohr! That’s a nickname earned years
ago while working as President of a marketing company and when we things
would go well, I was known to be a little, well…Wild!
I’m a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area a graduate from the University of
Central Florida (Go Knights!), and I hold my professional Auctioneer and Real
Estate Brokerage licenses and have been luck enough to win numerous business
awards including; Small Business of the Year (Twice), Entrepreneur of the Year
and I was even the Reserve Champion of the Florida Auction Bid Calling
Championship! (That means I came in second)…
I take my passions into the world of Real Estate and Auctions and even the Little
League Baseball field where I coach my son Christopher in his quest to be
victorious on the Diamond!
Friends- I have sold Millions and Millions of dollars worth of Real Estate and their
contents and I’ve been blessed enough to be the “Go To” Real Estate and Auction
professional when the deals are difficult.

Whether we auction the property or sell it through conventional means, I try my
best to “Ease the Emotions, and Lessen the Stress,” of the Real Estate Sales
